U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
900 N Blue Mound Rd suite 144, Saginaw TX 76131
“Everything was great. The store was very busy but turned over quite fast, and the woman at the counter greeted us not long after we entered. She was very organized and managed the customer flow well. She directed customers to the appropriate areas of the store while clients at the counter were looking over paperwork. We weren't in line, but she asked if she could help, answered a few questions and even lent us a tape measure to make sure the truck was big enough. And we were on our way in less than 20 minutes, including a walk back to the store when we realized we had forgotten to get moving blankets. This is NOT a criticism, but if the clerk who handled our rental had asked if we needed anything else and made suggestions -- blankets, boxes, wrapping tape -- we could have avoided that trip back to the store. If we need another rental for any reason, we will return.”
