It was a disappointing experience. We stopped at 2 p.m. on 7/12/25 for gas and the bathroom with our group. When we went inside, they were mopping. My group was called “entitled” and “impatient.” The workers were cussing at each other. Then, after they finished, my group was not allowed to use the restroom “until the floor was dry.” I highly recommend the folks at Sonic next door. They were incredibly kind and accommodating.

Adam doesn’t have the patients to let someone input their fuel rewards when purchasing gas in the store. Says it useless unless you buy cigarettes and said to click no when it gave the option to input my number. I wish the pump transaction was working because I could have gotten my rewards and discount on fuel. Heard him complain more about it being hot than trying to assist with letting me put my number in. Smh

Gas pumps never have receipt paper.
Store itself is dirty & bathrooms are deplorable.
Reply to Shell's response: This isn't after just one experience. Simply do better. Have receipt paper at your pumps, and clean your bathrooms. Two things that are very in your control to correct.

Trash overflowing from their cans. Restrooms are now closed to the public which makes it impossible to wash your hands before eating at Popeyes attached to the building or to go to the bathroom. How the F is the staff supposed to wash THEIR hands too?. This entire place needs to be pressure washed, cleaned up.

Spend a lot of money on gas & can't even use the bathroom because, they're closed & "baby, I'm ABOUT to clean them."She walked the other direction. Considering they are attached to a Popeye's restaurant you would think one of them could accommodate customers at noon.

Very dirty from the pumps outside to the bathrooms the floors everything seemed grimy. They did have some hot dogs and and egg rolls but I don't think they would be worth eating. For some reason they had a huge selection of hats caps and beanies. This location has a Popeyes right next door to it as well and a liquor store. But it's not a good stop for the bathroom
