Have used Tagg Team for multiple embroidery projects and have yet to be disappointed. They are quick, friendly, and accurate. Communication is perfection. If you have a sports need or business need, make them first choice.

Order placed on a Monday for 40 nurses scrub jackets with screen printed logo. Order ready Thursday of same week! Excellent customer service and the quality of the product is outstanding. Chance and Ginger were very personable an quick to reply to every message I sent with questions. Highly recommend!!!

I have shown up 2 times around 9:10am, the store is supposed to be open at 9, I have planned to go into work late to drop off things to be embroidered, both times nobody is here! Very frustrating

Not able to provide expedited service for putting numbers on 4 jerseys that I provided. Was told it would take 10-15 days turnaround. Then informed by the individual who does the work that the only way I could get it faster would be if I cloned him. Don't know why other reviews talk about faster service unless the only thing I can figure is that they must be a large customer of Tagg already who they go the extra step for. Too bad this was a test order for our organization, so we will now be looking at doing business with another company that did the same work in under an hour.
