“The customer service at this shop is excellent. I have an older ford f150 and had some issues with the brakes. Took it to NTB and first interacted with Luis. I advised Luis I was on a budget, and he let me know that he is going to work with me and fix what needs to be fixed. Safety first. Long story short, Luis stayed in constant communication with me letting me know what was going on and what we needed to do. Which is very much appreciated when going to a new mechanic. When I picked up the truck I got to speak with Joe and Jason. Joe also kept me updated throughout the process when Luis was searching for an adapter. Also want to thank Jason for going the extra mile and searching for the adapter as well. This NTB has earned my business 100%!”

Spoke with a guy named Jared, was nice that they didn’t try to make me buy tires and all that. He did show me that the front tires were wearing a bit different than the back tires but all is good. “If anyone has any kind of car especially and old classic vehicle truly needs to bring it here to Morris Autos and see Pete! I had my 1966 Shelby A/C Cobra Roadster engine completely rebuilt years ago here at Morris Autos and it still runs and purrs like a kitten! I’ve wrote a review during that time however wanted to write another review of how happy and satisfied I am with the workmanship here at Morris Autos! Kurtis and Pete never had to tell me that the Cam Shaft has a hair line crack that you can hardly see came in to install but Pete said he still ordered another one to make sure it’s done right the first time which he said I would’ve never noticed and it’ll would’ve last a long time but again that’s not the right way of doing things even though he knew it’ll be a good fat minute to receive another one in 2 weeks to be exact and he still made it happen and got me all fixed up and like I said 4 years later it still runs like a brand new car !! Again, Price and workmanship is by far best I’ve literally ever experienced!! He even threw in first couple of oil changes on the house!! It’s like wow!! Thank you Morris Autos for the integrity and for the absolute amazing services you provided me all these years on all my cars!!! As You know y’all got a client for life and I’ve been spreading the word to all my family, neighbors and friends!!! “I took my brand new 23 F150 to the Saginaw location for a lift and tires. Cord, Clay and the guys were outstanding. I have had many lifted trucks and modified vehicles in my life so I have an understanding of how things can go.Once installed, there was some shaking in the steering wheel. I took it back and we began the process of identifying the cause. It took a few visits and trial and error to identify the issue, but they were professional and worked with me to resolve the issue.They went above and beyond in my opinion and never treated me as a pain in the a$$!There prices were very fair, but I recommend them for great service and dedication to customer satisfaction.Thank you Cord, Clay and the guys! “All Star is a go-to hand car wash that I've taken my car to for service over the years. They are very careful in every detail of the car. “Extremely high standard of customer service. I went in to inquire about getting my tire patched because of a nail. The gentleman was really nice and after explaining what was going on he went out to look at the situation. Long story short, he had the technician take a look but they could not patch the tire because of how close the nail was to the side walls. He explained the pros and cons of buying a new tire versus a used one from another establishment. I finally decided on trying somewhere else to buy a used tire but he gave me a recommendation of a tire shop and treated me very fairly. I’d recommend this location because of the customer service from everyone that was working that day and their fairness.”

“Today I went to Costco because AI have a membership, I saw something very disturbing.. It was a small doberman in a sweater but the sweater had a pencil on it and it said "back to school!" but school started MONTHS ago!! That is a LIE. Also someone was wearing a crop top! Very inappropriate.. They weren't even ashamed about it. Good store and good products... I would recommend shopping here they have been nothing but good to me”

Anyway, usually hit up Barnes and Noble for my reading fix. But Sam's and Costco both have books in hard copy on the cheap. Occasionally you find a must-have. I scored two. Okay, so I'm a boomer still reading tactile books. But nothing beats holding a book, turning pages. It feels more immersive. Ebooks are like watching tv. Just not my thing. Give me a tree's ultimate sacrifice for the sake of knowledge any day. Grabbed assorted other goodies as well. Big old 60 oz French vanilla creamer. All this new reading will pair well with java. Hope you're doing well. Bell ringers for Salvation Army are out. Got change? I don't hit up skrip clubs (auto-correct wants me to use 'strip', skrip stays). I have an abundance of singles. I made it rain on that little red bucket y'all. Tis the last month to get receipts for charitable deductions and such. Your CPA will make sure it counts so give, give, give.
