“Last week my husband and I rented a van to help us buy a fridge from Sam's club. There was a mix up with the mileage that was reported on the previous rental. The general manager, Audrianna, at this location was wonderful! She helped us fix the mileage so that we wouldn't be charged the extra miles that we didn't drive. Thank you Audrianna!”

“We went to pick up the truck rental but could not find key, Keenan (employee) who was on his way out stopped and asked us if we needed help. We explained our situation and he went above and beyond to help us! He did not leave until we were situated. He called the GM Treven who also went above and beyond and had a truck for us ready at another location as well as gave us a credit for the inconvenience! “I am a hourly truck driver for the Ryder Acme account. I enjoy working for Ryder and the pay is decent. My only complaint is when I am getting a rental, it seems that, as an employee, I am given the less than stellar sub units, instead of the newer equipment which would do the job easier and cleaner.”
“The young lady who worked the front desk was absolutely awesome. Very friendly, easy to talk with, and make you feel welcome for coming. She was hands on helping me get the trailer connected to my truck. She made sure to follow all safety protocols for connecting the trailer, safety chains, lights working, etc. I will use them again if I need a future rental and she is a part of that reason. Great experience.”

I was a little nervous as I always am when tired but after I went in & talk to a graveyard shift employee he said you will be safe get some rest. When I woke I was greeted by 2 other employees all were very nice & helpful. I will make this my go to rest stop next road trip. Thank you all for kindness.”

“Rented truck through the website and went there to pick it up. Friendly staff and very efficient process. The U-haul app has you do 99% of the process on your phone. The staff providing keys made sure I was fine with everything before I left, and was there when I dropped off. Easy process as long as you don't mind take pictures with your phone...”
