The U-Haul pickup location was at 287 Self Storage in Haslet. Everything went very smoothly. I would especially like to thank Vanessa for coming out to the lot to show me how to properly connect the pull behind 4 x 8 trailer to my car. She was very helpful and patient with me and I appreciated that so very much.

Rented a trailer and got the confirmation but when I arrived my trailer was not here and the lady said they moved our pickup location to somewhere else standing in the office trying to figure out where I am supposed to go!Horrible service

There are not enough bad things to say about this location for uhaul. I had a reservation for days. They even confirmed it and when we went to pick it up they said my reservation has been transferred. We called uhaul which had no information on the reservation being transferred. We waited and waited at the location to try to get a reservation for another day and the representative in the store just kept talking on the phone. If you can use any other uhaul location, then do it
