Great company if you’re looking for hail repair on your car. I had my vehicle inspected and estimated for free. They fixed all my hail and also took care of door dings I had. Highly recommended them!!

This company is a bunch of scammers. They called my insurance company and had almost 10k in claims submitted to them and my car wasn’t even fixed yet. They are holding my girlfriends car hostage because we had the insurance company send us the checks instead of them. Their lifetime warranty they claim is a scam. Look the reviews. Take those names and look at the Facebook they are all friends and family.

They’re the BEST! This experience for me was far beyond excellent customer service to the point of me unable to express my gratitude towards each one of them for the customer care I received. Ms Brittany she rocks and she rolls all at the same time making me feel like I was her only customer. The men at the shop represented the exact same quality customer care service as she did. The communication was well beyond communicating they were always on the same page and anticipated serving me at that appointed time no lapse no waiting it was completely about me and my needs. So you don’t have time to deal with an insurance company, submit your claim and contact this company for your repairs and Ms Brittany and her guys will handle the rest. Very trustworthy, honest, and an awesome group of business people to trust in for your needs. The integrity of the employees at this establishment speaks volume in itself. They’ve earned the utmost respect from me and my family. I’ve reached out to this company since the hail damage of my 3 vehicles for service on my sons vehicle saying you will continue to use them time after time because they are literally the best in Texas for your car care needs. I love them sincerely because they loved serving me and my family without a doubt or hesitation.

Britney, Sebastian and Pablo, were an absolute pleasure to work with. Excellent customer service to the highest level! Pablo and his team went above and beyond on my SUV. We had another vehicle worked on with another company and after a sub par experience we were referred by a friend to Universal Hail Solutions. Not only did UHS far exceed the timeline they sent, but brought back my vehicle clean inside and out and even got out a few small dings from shopping carts! 10/10 will recommend!

Universal Hail Solutions did a great job our cars after the hail storms in the spring of 2021. Not only was the work they did on our cars great, but their customer service was excellent. They truly went the extra mile to help make sure our needs were met. We had some insurance issues, and rental car needs etc. They were responsive and helpful at every turn!

They are scams. I am a disabled vet. They tried to take money from my insurance for a work that they did not complete, the windshield, and now the simple hail repair is tied up in legalism. I’m not even going to mention my awful experience with them and their unprofessionalism towards me, when all along I was giving them a chance to prove themself to USAA, and was referred to them by someone held close. I have NO CLUE why all the supposed positive ratings and good reviews are being left for this company. Actions speak louder than words and they spoke volumes… the work is done, but the headache, the heartache, the worry, was not worth it. Could not recommend enough!! I dropped my Subaru Outback off with them and they even took me to get my rental car. They were fast, thorough, and went above and beyond in every way. I was kept informed what was going on the entire time. So many other places had months before they could even look at my car, while UHS got mine in as soon as I could get it to them. My car looked great when I picked it up, they even cleared up my foggy headlights.If you have hail damage on your vehicle, go to these guys, you will not regret it. Look at all their good reviews, that's not coincidence, these guys are the real deal.Thank you guys for doing such a great job!

Universal Hail Solutions did a fantastic job on my hail repair. Pablo communicated timeline and had my car back to me in a week. While a National company took 9 weeks for my husband’s vehicle, I cannot say enough great things on the top notch service Universal Hail Solutions provided.Thank you
