Brookshire's is a full-service supermarket chain established in 1928, with over 100 locations in Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas. The store is known for its excellent customer service, with friendly and personable employees who go the extra mile to assist customers, including helping carry groceries to their vehicles. The store features quality meats, fresh produce, a full-service deli, and bakeries, although some customers have noted concerns about the longevity of the produce and higher prices compared to other grocery stores. While the cleanliness of the store is frequently praised, there may be a wait at the customer service counter for assistance. Overall, Brookshire's combines a commitment to customer satisfaction with a solid grocery selection, making it a valued presence in local communities, despite some pricing concerns.
The store has a great layout and variety of food selections. However, prices are kind of high.

I absolutely love shopping at this location because of all the friendly staff. Dona and Luis are truly amazing and always quick to help. Lots of new smiling faces at the checkouts also. The cashier Hannah was training and doing fabulous. If you’re in Hawkins you must stop by and shop.

No whole bean coffee. But, it's Hawkins and, they stock what sells here. Checkers and baggers are well above average.
