“Auto Angel! My oil warning light went on in the midst of a 4,500 mile journey, on a Saturday night. Richard met me at 9 a.m. on a Sunday to diagnose, fix, reassure and send me safely on my way. I'm a little old lady who's used to being oversold by mechanics. His staff was also there on a Sunday, all of them polite and pleasant. It lifts the heart to find capable, competent, caring strangers.”

The guys at the shop allowed us to pull into their lot so we were not on the side of the street, they loaned us tools and even called a friend that was a mechanic to help my husband fix the problem.
