To my surprise, they did not actually have the cupcakes Susan promised me they would have waiting (inside joke), but the service more than made up for it.
Ms. Sandra D was incredibly friendly, professional, informative, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She answered my questions, handled everything efficiently, and even took the time to recommend some great local places to eat while I was passing through town. That kind of customer service is rare today and it absolutely stood out.
The location itself was clean, well-stocked, well-lit, and had plenty of parking. Even better, there was virtually no wait time, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
