Went in person to apply for a business loan. The business loan lady was in a meeting, so I set an appointment at 3:30PM that same day for a phone call to review business plan as I was told. I never got a phone call. It was very unprofessional and a waste of time as I rearranged my meetings to take this phone call. It would be ideal that if an appointment is made and if you can't make the scheduled phone call, please call as a courtesy Chelsea otherwise don't offer appointments.

In the years we have banked at the Heath location, the staff has ALWAYS been helpful and friendly no matter what services we needed. If some one has an issue, they ought to look in the mirror first.

I’ve been a customer with chase for years with my personal and business accounts. I’ve opened accounts and have never been told that as an existing customer it could take 1 hr, and then the appointments that I was told were available for the next business day magically disappeared in the 2 minutes I stood there. This branch isn’t a good representation of what chase offers and I believe I was judged by my appearance when I walked in.
