Does it vary by location? I would have printed it myself (and paid a reasonable copy fee) but their machines cannot read a USB.”

“I have shopped at staples for 40 years and have never had a problem until I called and asked about bringing in my printer for repair. They told me they no longer repaired the printers that they sold. I couldn’t believe it. I felt lost ?. Where am I supposed to get it worked on, I asked? The associate responded, “I don’t know. ?”
“I went with a friend to ship out 12 packages at FedEx, and right from the start, Jen made the experience a good one. She welcomed us with a big smile and carried on a friendly conversation the entire time she worked on our order. It wasn’t rushed—it was personable, and that makes all the difference.
These weren’t light packages either—they were book boxes, and each one had some weight to it. Not once did Jen complain or act bothered. Instead, she stayed cheerful and made it feel like we weren’t a hassle at all. That kind of attitude says a lot about someone’s dedication to their work and how much they value their customers.
What really stood out was how she went above and beyond by helping us put the labels on the boxes. It’s the small details like that which create a lasting impression. Experiences like this are what make me want to return and tell others about it. Solid service like this builds the reputation of a business more than any sign or slogan could.

Joey & Yasaira are possibly the best team and kindest people to work with when getting your services done. I’ve gotten my live scans done in my previous promotions at my job and even past jobs and each time they’ve been so welcoming, patient, and kind. I even fixed up my passport process with them recently and they were so helpful in locating me with what I needed, how to get it, and even where to do it. I am a really easily stressed gal so when the process is smooth and easy going, I couldn’t ask for anything better. Thanks guys”

“Personal customer service! I recently had knee replacement and while I can drive it’s not possible to get in and out of my car and bring in packages at this time. The first time the sweet lady that works there saw me coming in, met me more than halfway to my car and got my package for me, scanned it and brought me my receipt. She also suggested that I call when bringing packages and someone would come to the car and assist me going forward while I’m unable to do it myself. I’ve been several times and the young men helping me have been helpful and kind as well. I just love Love LOVE my Heath UPS store! Thanks for everything!!!
