“Employees were helpful and fruendly, ocation is nice. However they now charge $2.81 to print the return shipping label for me. I've never had to pay before when returning a package. Is this new? Does it vary by location? I would have printed it myself (and paid a reasonable copy fee) but their machines cannot read a USB.”

“The location of this office makes it incredibly convenient as it’s located inside of the local Walmart here in Forney. The staff is extremely helpful with a welcoming vibe! Sometimes the wait time is none, and some days it may take quite a while, but that’s really because it’s inside of a busy Walmart. There’s a brown or blonde haired lady that usually greets me when I walk in specifically on a Friday, not sure of her name, but she’s really friendly and fitting with the rest of the wonderful staff.I think if anyone has had a bad experience with any one of the store associates, maybe it’s been a long day for them and you never know what the associate had to deal with before you walked in. It’s different if they’re just plain rude but I believe it’s best to assume they’ve just had a long day most of the time. We are all human beings.”
“I have shopped at staples for 40 years and have never had a problem until I called and asked about bringing in my printer for repair. They told me they no longer repaired the printers that they sold. I couldn’t believe it. I felt lost ?. Where am I supposed to get it worked on, I asked? The associate responded, “I don’t know. ?”

“Personal customer service! I recently had knee replacement and while I can drive it’s not possible to get in and out of my car and bring in packages at this time. The first time the sweet lady that works there saw me coming in, met me more than halfway to my car and got my package for me, scanned it and brought me my receipt. She also suggested that I call when bringing packages and someone would come to the car and assist me going forward while I’m unable to do it myself. I’ve been several times and the young men helping me have been helpful and kind as well. I just love Love LOVE my Heath UPS store! Thanks for everything!!!
