“The training and knowledge of all the employees is fantastic better than any other store ask any employee about any product that they know exactly what all it is.”
“There are multiple newish stores in this newer shopping center on the 30 East service road. The stores located in this area, to name a few, are Home Goods, Joanne's Craft, and Five Below. There are also restaurants located within, including Firehouse Subs, Freebirds Burritos, and an awesome Sushi Restaurant Edo Japan, which has an awesome Happy Hour menu. There is also an Olive Garden located near the 30 East access. There is plenty of parking in this shopping center with handicapped parking. However, parking is a major problem over by restaurants. It truly needs improvement. There is also access to this shopping complex off of South Goliad by the Zips carwash. There are many shopping options located here.”

“Always clean, quiet and has great selections. Fair selection at the stores they have and no rowdy people thankfully when I’ve gone, and seemingly family-friendly. It’s quite lovely when the weather is nice”
“El Rio Grande is a Mexican/Latin grocery store. They have great fresh tortillas, and they are still warm when you take them out of the box. Excellent selection of meats. They have already marinated meats from chicken to rib meat and fajita meat. Some items can be a little pricey, but for the most part, they are on par with Walmart. They are definitely a lot cheaper than La Michocana.”
“We shop at the Tom Thumb in this center. Center is clean, and feels safe. I wish they would move the cart returns to where more people could get a protected parking spot between a cart return and a curb. Our car has gotten hit a lot parking lots, so we try to park away from other cars if we can.”

“It is a small mall for convenience stores. The particular store I visited is the African grocery market. There are many African food stuff you can get there. The beauty store is also very good to patronize.”
“Really great deals here. I like to get there when they first open up because people trash this store quickly and put things all over the place. How do you expect the employees to keep up with that?”
“So my visit here was at the Subway. As far as the shopping strip it was clean and plenty of parking. Now to the reason I stopped. So I placed an app order for my subs (at that time it was buy one get one free...yeah!!!). The girls that were working were extremely friendly and their manager was there and even though he didn't say anything to his customers he was friendly when I told him that he had great employees. As with my sandwiches the only thing I can say negative about it was that if I wasn't there to see it being made the young lady wasn't going to put the extra Mayo on them and I didn't say anything but it wasn't double cheese like advertised and if I knew that then I would have stuck with my always Subway go to sandwiches. If I'm back around this location and in the mood for a sub then I will definitely be back mainly because the two young ladies are hopefully there. So sorry I don't remember their names but they were on the morning shift.”

“This is the place to go for a whole package. Great restaurants and great place to walk and take pictures. I’ve been going here for years and get disappointed. You have a place to dine in, lunch, movies, shopping. Just named. I love this location.”
