I shop here almost every other day. No matter how hard I try to get all the groceries in one trip, my kids end eating everything 😂
Store is clean, organized, great deals (the Tom Thumb app is the best way to get the best deals), and the staff is always friendly and sweet!

Some problems . Some good
The good part is it’s a nice small store. Clean and pleasant. The concern I have is with the pick up order section. I’d like to use it sometimes. They have started putting individual items in each bag so you end up with 20 items and 18bags and then they knot them all tight, so when you get home, you have to carry in a lot of individual bags and a knot. Everyone one, very annoying. I had called and given feedback to the manager and he said he would work on it, but nothing has changed.

I like Tom Thumb and I like most of the folks that work there. I don't like the various sales and coupons that require a team of lawyers to direct you through the purchase, so as to avoid all of the stumbling blocks and achieve the advertised savings. Much more simple at a Neighborhood Walmart. I'll try to limit my future Tom Thumb purchases to fruit and meat.

They have the best fresh flowers and the ladies that work in that department are creative, helpful and kind. Overall the store is clean and always has what I need. The employees in the meat department are great as well. Very hardworking with great attitudes. I always have a present experience.

Why can't things just be on sale? Why do I need to download your app and create an account? Then force me to connect to in store wifi that barely works.

The place is always tidy, always stocked and has a great selection. I think the prices are a little high sometimes but they have some decent sales.
If you have ever wanted to taste the Dubai chocolate, Tom Thumb has cakes and cupcakes at their site right now. I haven't tried the cupcakes yet but the cake is out of this world.

This is one of the smaller footprints of Tom Thumb’s. It is a pretty new store that is kept in exceptional, clean/new shape. The aisles are narrower, but the store is actually packed with almost anything you could want from $2 cheese to $300 bottle of wine with everything in between! Use the Tom Thumb app to get digital deals and save a bundle.

Nothing says great customer service like waiting 15 minutes at customer service for someone to come up and tell us your money. Order machine is down. We literally had to call Tom thumb's customer service to get someone to come to the customer service desk. 3 months later either Tom thumb employees do not know how to do money orders. Don't want to do money orders or to the company is too lazy to have their equipment fixed. Still unable to do money orders. It's hard to believe a company this big cannot have something fixed within 3 months. I I reached out to the contact us on the website and never got a call back. Why am I not surprised?
