  Just wow.. I called to check into getting some wings I see advertised. Dude said no they closed, then said open 24 hrs, then confirmed again they closed for wings. Could barely understand or speak English. Keep your wings, I'll go elsewhere! Whoever owns the store should be embarrassed by the reviews and buy the employees you have dealing with the public.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
  I don’t know how someone can be on there phone while doing order and letting people wait even just customers , what’s crazy is that the new employee they have does a way better job then all the other people I’ve seen work here , sucks to walk in for a DoorDash or even gas when they just sit looking at there phones and not even bothered that there is a line (fix it) !!! Do better and whatever happen to the older lady that worked here she was so on her shit fr !

  This place is a joke. I went through the car wash and was trying to pay but it wouldn’t accept my payment at all. And at this point there was a car behind me so I couldn’t back out and reverse through the curve (which is difficult to do with how it’s set up) so I decided to call and this man answered and I told him the issue and he told me to come inside to pay even though the car wash is far away from there and I wasn’t going to leave my car alone with a line behind me. So I explain that I couldn’t leave my car and that there was a car behind me and he hangs up???? Out of nowhere???? Anyways I explain what happened to the car behind me and they reverse out. I call again to see if he was coming out but a woman answered me instead. She came out and was polite in the beginning. She thought I was asking for a refund (language barrier from their end) I explained to her that I dont need a refund because my payment didn’t go through. Then that’s when she started telling me that the machine used to pay is having issues and I should go inside to pay… at this point I didn’t want to go through this again and just wanted to leave. There is a long way to go before you are in front of the machine, they should have left a sign to let their customers know that the machine doesn’t work and that you have to go inside. The most bizarre thing is that she said she can take my card inside then give it back. Which I find very weird because I am not naive nor an idiot. I decline and she got visibly upset then left. I just reversed out and left. Terrible customer service, terrible employees, and kind of scammy and weird.

  The night shift cashier was really crappy person. Extremely rude and could barely hear him talk. I was asking about the vape products and he could care less. He even checked out other people as I was trying to purchase the one I wanted. When I pointed him to the right one. I gave him my id and said that took forever. He told me to leave and wouldn't check me out. Words where exchanged. I called back to get his managers number but he just threatened to call the police on me for calling. I will never go back to this store.

  Don't waste your time. Had to use the bathroom at night while driving by and ran inside since it was one of the few options open. The old man inside told me that they were out of order and that he was going to call the cops on me and that I was wasting my time. Extremely rude, disrespectful, and lazy. Been in there multiple times and that old man is always rude and lazy. I've even heard him talking under his breath one time I ordered a pizza. He never wants to do his job. Guess he thought working night shift meant he just got paid to show up.

  What absolutely abysmal customer service from the overnight older gentleman I use that word very loosely I go in pull $200 out of their ATM and kindly asked the gentleman if he can make change and he says no so I go pull two drinks out of their cooler and say hey is there any way when you have the drawer open can you change a 20 into a 10 and two fives for me and he looks me straight in the face and says this drawer is only for purchases and transactions only this isn't a bank what a rude jerk I will only ever go to this store to use their ATM it smells terrible in the store almost every time I go in there it either smells awful or it smells like incense like someone's been smoking weed in the back and they're trying to cover it up the class of employee that 7-Eleven hires has gone downhill in the past several years and this old guy is absolutely rude and disrespectful every time I go in there what kind of convenience store won't make you change when you make a purchase it's not like I was asking to change out $100 bill for fives and ones I asked him to change one $20 bill to a 10 and two fives trash customer service

  Yikes! The staff here is rude and angry. I asked for help and they went bananas. And it was reasonable. I wasn’t being mean. I guess I bothered them. Not sure.I especially love the clerk that froze and when I asked her if she was ok, she said “I’m processing.” Okay…Not a problem, I told everyone in my family to avoid this place. They’ve just lost a lot of revenue, $. They won’t be getting a cent from this family ever again. Not for gas or a stick of gum.

  Stopped for gas and snacks and to use restroom. This is a 24 hour station I was there at 12:30am I asked the attendant for the key for the restroom and was told they were out of order. There was no sign indicating the restroom was out of order. I opted NOT to fill my gas tank or buy anything from a store that locks thier bathroom because the employee is too lazy to clean them during their shift don't recommend spending any money here keep driving past this place!!

  Very dirty store. Spills all over the floors. The sidewalk and porch area are filthy and all the counters for the drinks are very dirty. I’m disappointed in 7 eleven. I grew up with them on the west coast. Very poorly managed. Workers need to clean more.The girl working was friendly and well groomed. The man working was shaggy looking. Outside smoking.Can’t we have a better look for 7 eleven. ?? A cleanerEnvironment??
