My daughter and I worked with Cassie on a phone issue recently. She was fantastic! Cassie was patient with all our questions and quick to respond to my text concerning our phone details. I have always had a good experience with the staff at this store!

Was not impressed with the service I received. The girl that waited on me was not very smart. Went in later on to find a case for my new phone, the guy that attempted to help me acted like he was doing me a favor by talking to me. I will never do business here again. It was a horrible experience.

I don’t really go out of my way to right negative reviews. I have been to this AT&T store 3x and every single time, the employees don’t listen to my full concerns or issues and just refuse to help. This last time is what convinced me to write this review. I went in because my elderly father’s phone stopped working. It says it needs a password. I created the account and have the correct password and it just won’t follow through. Before even hearing me out the AT&T employee working 6.22.25 just said there’s nothing they can do if they have the wrong password. I told him I had the correct password. When I put in an incorrect password the box does this shake to state it’s not the password. Then when I put the correct it will let me press the go button but it just keeps thinking. He didn’t even ask for my att information to even look into my account. I’m figuring my dad’s iPhone is the absolute oldest one and I needed a new one. So instead of trying to help he says I need the password and to go to the Apple Store. My fiancé witnessed the whole encounter and told me we will stop going there because it’s the 2nd time he has seen them completely mistreating me.

I had a devil of a time trying to activate an insurance replaced cell phone from one that was stolen because I could not receive a text with a security pin. After 9 hours total over 3 days dealing with two other in store employees and three online ATT tech specialists (ha!), I walked in again to the Helotes location and was met with a new employee who was busy with another customer, but took the time to ask me what had brought me into the store that day. I said it's a long story, but essentially I've had no luck activating a new cell phone, so I want to activate this old burner that I have with the new sim card. When it was my turn, I told him the rest of the story and very quickly he said, I can activate it. Within twenty minutes, my phone was activated and I was in total awe. Then I looked at his name badge and I said, well of course your name is Jesus. Thank you Jesus!

Don't go to this business. They are just independent contractors not AT&T employees. Go to an actual AT&T store. The contractors here only make money activating new lines. I had friends from Canada visiting for a month that needed cell service. I directly asked the employee (who I thought worked for AT&T) which would be cheaper, to get them a prepaid sim each or add them to my plan for a month. The employee told me it would only be $20 per line for the month, much cheaper they said than 2 prepaid plans. Turns out I was charged $30 per line per month and the month that my friends were here was over two billing periods so it ended up being $135 dollars for their month of usage. I went to this store to cancel the lines once my friends left, like the employee told me, and the different staff member there indifferently told me canceling lines was not his problem, their job is to just active lines. They told me to call AT&T Customer Support to cancel the lines myself. When I told the Customer Support person what happened to me they said the contractors lied to me because they just wanted to make money on activating lines.

Called to get internet access. Jerry set me up with a great plan and only what I needed. He was very professional and friendly, listened to what I had to say and got it done. Very impressed with the whole experience. Great store to do business with.
