My husband and I went to upgrade our cell phones at this AT&T on Bandera Rd. in Helotes, but the girl in the evening didn't seem too interested in helping us, so we went to the new AT&T on Bandera Rd. in Leon Valley. The girl there was very helpful trying to help other people as our cells did some updating. She was on it! Great job trying to not keep people waiting!! ??

This is the weirdest experience ive had with at&t employee. First off i went to get my daughter a phone for christmas. What i am upset about is the african american guy *didnt catch his name'...who sold me the phone did NOT ask me if i wanted to add insurance he just automatically added it. I didnt even want it. I didnt realize this till i got home Then tryna sell me 250 airpods that i did not want. Also didnt even ask me what phone plan i wanted on the phone. And to top it off he didnt apply the screen protector for me. Or offer to do it. So when i got home and tried to apply the screen protector i messed it up . And i ended up breaking it. And losing 50 dollars. Smh will never buy a screen protector from there again ill just go on amazon and purchase one for 10 dollars. I wont be returning to this at&t again.

Please somebody suggest something.We are extremely tired of calling customer service, seems like second job.
it started in Dec 2022, we needed internet for our new house. The independent specialist(Adrain-please beware from him) he started talking about getting phone services and we will get new iPhone. Since it's Christmas time, we get generous and get the phones for our family. Our family live in different states, still they send the phone right away. But he never picked up phones, we called and texted him multiple times. He didn't answer and also did not mention about 30 days window. Hence, they closed trade in window for us. We reached his supervisor, in store manager, customer service for 6,7 months but no use. We lost hope. In October, for some other reason I called at@&t Customer service, then we end up talking about the past experience. The customer representative said we accept trade in and send me label. I mailed the iPhones. I called in and customer service said they received it(October month). No credit applied to Nov bill. I called in Nov 2023, the customer serve said they lost the iPhones.
Now, no trade in credit and also lost the iphones we had.I am furious at AT&T. It's been one year of hell with them. Please suggest something.

Steven Mills is a wonderful manager at this location. He helped my husband and me to get our prepaid lines to work. He patiently spent more than an hour with the Customer Call Center to troubleshoot the devices. Good job Steven!

I had a ton of issues with ATT's service, and was not happy... until I visited the store today. The team here helped solve a complicated issue that nobody could solve. The team was very professional and knowledgeable. Great Store ...keep it up.

I was greeted as I walked in the door, and my sales representative listened to my problem and quickly responded with a solution once he determined that the phone could not be revived. He also provided me with a phone that was an amazing value, as I was not wanting to spend a lot of money. The transaction went quickly and smoothly. I will definitely be returning to that store in the future.
