Trevor was very professional even after getting scolded in front of us. The store manager was loud enough telling Trevor right in front us that he will be written up for forgetting to bring out some tool bag or something. While he was helping us/ checking us out at the register. He maintained his composure very well. made me want to make this our permanent tools and every day needs store ! Ask for him when you go!! PROMISE HES GOT YOU

I left AutoZone feeling frustrated, taken advantage of, and completely disheartened by the experience. I came in needing help with a dead battery, and the young man who assisted me complained the entire time about installing it—as if I was inconveniencing him for asking for the service AutoZone advertises.
What made it worse was how aggressively he upsold me on an alternator without offering any other options or explaining the issue thoroughly. I didn’t feel like I had a choice—I felt pressured and dismissed. He then referred me to a nearby shop, Bring Your Own Tires, which turned out to be an extremely uncomfortable experience for me as a young woman.
This entire situation made me feel like I was being preyed on because I was in a vulnerable spot, and it only reinforced the toxic stereotype of car-related customer service. I expected guidance, not pressure. I’m deeply disappointed in how I was treated and hope AutoZone takes this kind of feedback seriously.

I went in there a few days ago for some help because I needed to replace my spark plugs. You’d think the worker in there would try to be helpful, but no instead she just answered my questions as if I was stupid. Was absolutely no help to me I ended up going somewhere else where they helped me with everything I needed to get. Not sure why that old lady is even working customer service when she doesn’t even try to be polite.

Had to wait for oil to be brought to the back. We use to take it to the back ourselves. I can respect the fact they they changed policy and now need to take it back themselves, what’s not okay is making me wait while they help out other customers that were not here before me. The same lady who told me to wait, decided she was going to do something else and not help me.

I felt compelled to write this post because it’s needed. I usually visit the AutoZone at 12733 Bandera Road, Helotes, TX, and I have to say, the customer service here is consistently outstanding! The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy when it comes to all my vehicle needs.
Recently, I purchased a battery, and Mr. Jeremiah went above and beyond by helping me install it in my GMC Acadia. The only issue I noticed is that the store lacks an overhang, which means employees and customers are exposed to the scorching Texas heat during installations and other outdoor services.
AutoZone, please consider installing an overhang at this location to provide some much-needed relief for your hardworking employees and customers. I hope this review helps bring attention to this issue and that something can be done to improve the experience for everyone.

I asked for help with terminals and a guy said there they are. I asked if he can help me pick the one that fits and he could not even come to my car and see. Very poor customer service. They lost my service for good. Go to Advanced Auto parts.
