I’m not sure if it was because I’m a woman or not but I called to get a quote for a service that I was scheduled to receive prior to moving to TX but was unable to get, which means I had a general idea of how much the parts cost as well as the amount of labor involved. The amount Braun quoted was ridiculously high. They quoted me 2x the amount of one shop and nearly 3x the amount of another. Needless to say I didn’t take my car to them. However, it’s good to know that there are honest mechanics in TX who don’t try to take advantage of women.

Great experience everytime. They never do what you don't ask for, but will let you know what's coming. That way at least your prepared for next time, if you can't get it done right away.
