I have been using Broadway bank for 30 years, and will be going through all of the hassle of changing banks due to poor customer service and a failure to reimburse fraudulent charges.

Broadway bank will not facilitate foreign currency purchase by nonmembers, however Frost does $5 for up to $1000, downtown location has euros, peso, a couple others on hand, branch locations will order and receive currency in a couple of days.

Everything changed once a new manager Ray arrived at this facility. One of my favorite and most kind genuine of a banker, Bri was terminated for a Tiktok. So sad to see her leave she was the only one who would continuously greet me whether it was for a deposit or just a cup of coffee! Ray has changed this whole bank around and making Bri leave was the last straw. I have been with this Helotes branch for many many years and seems to me that it's only gotten worse and worse throughout this years. Will always miss the old Broadway.

I've been with Helotes location for around 10 yrs. They have always had the nicest,friendliest staff. Extremely helpful, and their latest manager Ray, is a genuine very nice guy and very willing to help you. I highly recommend them as your Helotes bank!

Broadway Bank - "EXTREMELY rude employees". I am 65 years old, have had many bank accounts through the years, but I have NEVER had such terrible tone and words coming from bank employees as I have with this bank. Either in person or phone assistance.
