I've always had excellent experiences at this Caliber Autocare shop. They consistently go above and beyond to keep costs down, and the military discount is a definite plus! Chris took care of me during my most recent visit, and he was fantastic. He went out of his way to get the repair done quickly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Staff was so friendly!! I did have a little bit of a wait but the gentleman at the desk did ask me if I had time to wait before hand, which I really appreciated. Not like most places that’ll just leave you wondering why you’ve waited so long. He let me know everything and explained every concern I had when my inspection was done! This will definitely be my go to place now.

Very well oiled process Christopher was my tech and very thorough I brought my car in and chose them duly because they rated quite well 4.7 I think and needed them to check some things they kept it overnight and within a couple of hours had a very nice report complete with photos of each area in question very nice feature. My visit was a little unorthodox as my dad wanted to look over the car and Christopher was understanding I paid for the initial diagnostic and he also offered several affordable options for me. I picked up my car with a free courtesy shuttle via Uber there and back. They held me for a minute while they vacuumed out my car before returning it! This is how it's done folks and I promise to return for all my future repairs. They even caught undone work from a engine install I recently had done elsewhere! Thank you Christopher and Caliber all the staff friendly professional no eye rolling or gasps as was my most recent experience from another auto repair shop(WCK) 5 *****

As a woman, this was one of my best experiences dealing with an auto shop. The receptionist was helpful and knowledgeable. She broke down all of the prices and provided different options. The shuttle service was convient. I was able to drop my car off and get a ride home while it was being serviced.
