While looking around, I found the jeans and got distracted by the fantastic clearance selection (great finds, by the way)! I ended up scoring several great deals. “They don't have a lot of variety for kid's clothing, seems very limited. Floors were a mess, and cashier was fast but not overly friendly, very mechanical in her presentation about getting the Old Navy credit card, and voided making eye contact, spent almost $300 and felt unvalued.”

“When I was stationed at Fort Sam Houston, TX back in 2000, I would visit El Vasquero for my boots, hat, etc.. As I recall, the owners are a husband and wife Team.When I was getting boots, the husband worked with me for at least an hour to break them in. He rubbed the inside of the boot with a wet washcloth, had me but the boots back on and walk around the store for a bit, then checked the fit. Though I currently have boots that are much more expensive than that pair, I can't say that I have ever had a pair that fit as nicely.I ordered a duster from him. When it came in a few weeks later, he sent it back because the quality wasn't up to his standard. He ordered a more expensive one and didn't charge me the difference.Though I live in South Carolina now, I still recommend El Vasquero to anyone that will be in the area.”

“I usually don’t shop at Zumiez, but I stopped by recently to pick up a gift for my husband and ended up having such a great experience! I found a really good deal on a pair of Adidas shoes, and the customer service honestly blew me away. The manager, Richard, went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. He helped me find the best deal, ordered another pair of shoes online, and even arranged to have them delivered to the store. It’s rare to come across that level of care and effort these days. She got me squared away and supplied with some suggestions into other items I might like. I also purchased some Cologne with the help and opinion of Kenny who guided me towards a more all-around scented Cologne. Love buckle and their style. Shopped at one in Florida and here and the experience is positive no matter what state you're in.”
“I had a very difficult time returning an item here. The manager didn’t give my situation the time of day. I shop here often, but her lack of attention and care caused me to consider never going back.

My reason for returning? The item was made horribly and wouldn’t last past a single use.
My reason for this review is to shout out AGM David for the great customer service he provided. Although this situation started off bad, David came in to save the day. He damaged out the $20 belt, offering me a full refund, because he agreed the product wasn’t made well. He let me know it was an exception, but he still took care of the unhappy customer. Had I known the belt would mess up after wearing it less than half a work day I wouldn’t have made the purchase.
Way to go David. Thank you for providing next level service, and putting the needs of your customer first.”

We had a wonderful shopping experience at Buckle in La Cantera. Alexis was awesome , so friendly, engaging, and patient while helping our daughter find the perfect shirts at a great value. Alexis made the experience fun and enjoyable, and our daughter left feeling confident and excited about her picks. Excellent customer service and a great selection — we’ll definitely be back!”
“I had a great experience in the store. Cupid was so personable and friendly. He helped me pick out the perfect jeans and shirt. The shopping experience was so much fun. There were also 2 young ladies working that were also very helpful. They offer you water while you shop and also offer virtual shopping, which is important to me because I don’t live in the area. Many times when you shop in “high end stores “ the staff are rude and dismissive. The experience here was totally different. I will definitely continue to spend my money with this brand because of the excellent customer service I experienced at this store. Kudos to the staff at the San Antonio store!! I will be back when I visit the area again.”

“This event took place last night. Cam and Chloe I believe were their names. They were absolutely amazing and God sent. One of the fitting room employee cursed me out and threatened me over me not doing exactly what she wanted. I feel like I was at fault because I told her No I would not do what she asked and that set her off to threaten me. The managers on site last night were on it and deserve 16 hours of PTO. Just my thought. Thanks y'all so much. I love my clothes. ???”

“This place is AMAZING! So many beautiful items in the store and everything is so organized/displayed beautifully! The owner has an incredible eye for fashion! I enjoy the style recommendations from the staff. They do an excellent job and are very friendly! I highly recommend shopping here! The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the clothes is fantastic! I always find a lot of great/unique items here! I wish I lived in Texas so I could shop here more!! When I visit my family in Texas this shop is always first on my list of places to go! I enjoy being able to buy items by phone from their Facebook page! This is one of my favorite places to shop!”
