The pharmacy doesn't want to fill my prescription I need every month. They blame my insurance. I went to another pharmacy, and my insurance paid my prescription just fine.

The worst Pharmacy I have ever encountered in 70 years!!! Poor trained, slow as molasses and today a belligerent pharmacist. Seriously ZERO customer relation skills. Kurt right lies to customers. Medication disposal box is ALWAYS FULL WITH SIGN ON IT. I have done business here for more than 20 years. I go inside frequently and I have NEVER found it available/empty. Today’s belligerent disrespectful pharmacist swears (lies) that it is usually available. Then tells me it is illegal for me to leave old Rex’s!!! No thought of collecting until box is empty since it is usually empty. Maybe CVS rule but not the law. The law is that PHARMACIES ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE AND DISPOSE OF OLD/Outdated/NO LONGER NEEDED DRUGS AND. CVS DOES TERRIBLE TRAINING. AND IS TOTALLY OBLIVIOUS OF THE DISRESPECT OF CUSTOMERS TIME THEY CONSTANTLY EXHIBIT THRU TRAINING AND INFERIOR SOFTWARE PLATFORM
Had to go inside this time due to 4 cars in drive thru and the have neglected to repair tube system for second lane FOR MONTHS

Horrible experience!! Cashier padded my charge by $44.00 after I paid and left the store. She did not apply coupons, nor give me coupons at the end. Totally aweful service and behavior!!

The team here is great. The minute clinic personnel is very gracious with their time and professional. I made a mistake with an appointment time and department and they made time to get me In. Thank you.

Minute Clinic is horrible, waited over an hour to be seen. Was prescribed 2 medications, both sent to different pharmacies. One prescription hasn’t been sent to the pharmacy yet. Nirja Desai, PA has my prescription on hold. I would be feeling better and back to work if she would just do her job. I’m done with minute clinic. Never again.

I've tried twice to visit the minute clinic at this location and both times they've cancelled my appointment very last minute (2 hours before my scheduled time)

I had an outstanding experience at CVS Pharmacy thanks to Jackie, who was phenomenal! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. Her warm and professional demeanor made my visit so much easier. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to excellent customer service, and Jackie truly went above and beyond.
