Went in to the minute clinic with an ear infection in both ears I was in excruciating pain I was sobbing in the waiting area it was hurting so bad . The first person took my temperature blood pressure and weight . Then I was called in by the PA nirja desai she took my blood pressure put the blood pressure wrap on tightly and then pumped it so hard that my hand was purple . She proceeds to tell me that my blood pressure is too high and tells me to go to the emergency room she doesn't even look at my ears I tell her my ears are killing me I'm dying of pain here it's throbbing my whole head is throbbing from my ears and she won't even look at them . her comment is you won't die from an ear infection I said well will it eventually go away without antibiotics and she said well you're not going to die from an ear infection she never looked at my ears at all! My temperature was taken my blood pressure was taking twice I was weighed and I was charged $139 and walked out of there Furious of course my blood pressure is high because of people like nirja desai! Shame on you nirja desai, there's a special place in hell for so called health care workers who are as heartless like nirja desai!

I came to this minute clinic for an ear appointment. Waited over an hour and a half after my scheduled time. After deciding to just cancel, I walked over to the medicine aisle and picked up an ear cleaning kit. After purchasing the kit and returning to my home, I realized my card information had been stolen and used several times from the time I left the store. Do not come here.

Definitely a "you'll get it when you get it" attitude at the pharmacy. Showed up at 11:30, knowing the prescription my doctor sent over wouldn't be ready, but asked about how long. Two people working, one kinda thought about it, said it was locked up and the pharmacist would have to get it. Probably after lunch, I was told. FineSilly me assuming lunch was around noon or so. Went back and arrived at the pharmacy at 1:28. All security gates are down. Small sign says closed from 1:30-2:00 for lunch. Someone should have mentioned the weird "lunch" time. I guess I'll get it when I get it.

The worst cvs ever, I swear to god don't come here for the mediclinic, you'll be waiting for 2+ hours for nothing. There's no reason to make an appointment you won't be seen by that time. I waited 2+ hours just to find out they didn't have the vaccine we needed.

Second time going to this CVS in Helotes and the same pharmacy tech guy helped my wife, on Friday, and me, today on Saturday at 3:40 pm Central Time. He was rude to my wife and to me. He showed poor customer service all around. He had only one emotion and that emotion conveyed the attitude that "I don't want to help you, you are a pain in my butt". If this guys keeps working there I'm sure CVS will lose pharmacy customers, with out us customers that guy would not have a job, maybe he needs to work where he has no exposure to customers!

Been using this location for years because I live nearby. Tolerable, but nothing stellar or outrageous. Prescription prices tend to be higher than competition, and the staff in the pharmacy is hit or miss. Got a call today from the pharmacy staff that had "questions" about my medication. I called back, was on hold for 25 minutes, then I hung up. Walmart Pharmacy on Leslie, here we come

The Covid rapid testing here is a joke.. or should I say, non-existent. I had an appointment for 9:30am. At 10:45am I was still waiting. There were other customers coming and going in frustration and a few that waited as long as I did. Do yourself a favor and find another location. "Minuteclinic" will waste your time.

The employees are great...outside the pharmacy Almost every time we can in a refill it's out of stock. These are basic prescriptions like Insulin. The pharmacy staff is rude and makes you feel like you're a inconvenience. Moving all my RX's to HEB 04/1Nothing has changed since the last review. My daughter went to pick up insulin and it was literally frozen! How they can dispense that is unacceptable! Insulin must be a room temperature, or the effectiveness is severely reduced. Absolutely unacceptable! The customer service in the pharmacy is still the same, very rude staff. I should have moved my RX's as I stated before. Not making that mistake again. Get it together people, you are dealing with people's health. Slowest drive thru ever!!!!!

This CVS is really bad. Horrible service at this location! If you need a pharmacy, go to the Walmart near by, they're more efficient. And if you need passport pictures, go somewhere else too. I called before going there to get passport pictures and they said they took them there, but when I got there no one was able to help me. This is a bad CVS

Horrible management stay away from this store. Ordered a photo gift went back three times for it and finally someone told me the truth about why it wasn't ready. I bought an $80 photo book and they offered me printed 4*6 prints staples in a cheap binder. The manager repeatedly said I can come back and pick it up but every time I did it was the same horrible cheap book instead of the beautiful one I created online. The general manager Arias left me with a second incompetent person, went and grabbed a beer from the cooler, paid at a far cashier away from me and walked out without fixing the problem. Horrible service management and photo department. Stay away!

Young brunette girl that works the evenings will make you get in line several times and even after they call your name that your prescription is ready, then you have to get in line all over again. Also my label to my eye medication was mislabeled. Please check and cross reference your pill number to make sure they did indeed give you the correct medication. Also strongly advise to go to CVS before 5pm. So you can get serviced by the lady that's there in the day time, she actually hustles, calls your name when your prescription is ready will immediately take your meds to the register and assist you right there. She doesn't tell you to get in the back of the long line AGAIN!

Zero Stars - This CVS in Helotes, Texas is the worst I have ever seen. They can not keep a pharmacist on staff. There is a new one there every time I go. The staff are so busy that they come back as being very rude, unprofessional, and un-helpful. After a tonsillectomy and in so much pain, the pharmacist tried telling me they can't fill the pain medication prescription until the following day as they can't understand it. I had to argue many times to get it filled even though It hurt to speak. Every time you call, expect to be on hold for at least 10 minutes. I picked up a refill of a liquid medication. When I opened it I noticed there is a bug floating in it. When I called back I was advised that they can't exchange it without a new prescription from my doctor or taking up the last remaining refill. After asking the latest visiting pharmacist for the Pharmacy area manager I was denied and given 1-800-SHOP-CVS. Looks like it's time to start going to Walgreens.
