I love this shop! They are always courteous and super efficient. I’m able to get oil changes & inspirations. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing “extras” like wipers but they are great with servicing the regular oil, filters, etc. It’s my go to & I would recommend them to anyone/everyone!

Take 5 went above and beyond and I am so thankful they did. From the moment I drove up until the time I left, they were extremely attentive and very professional. I always use Take 5, but I must say the workers at the Bandera Rd. Location in San Antonio are by far the best! They caught a mistake that was made at the Tampa, Florida location and corrected it right away. If you need an oil change or even an inspection, please choose this location because they are a cut above! You will not be disappointed!

Went in for a state inspection and a full synthetic oil change. Had to wait for about a hour and a half but that was due to them very busy and that wasn't their fault because business was good. When it was my turn they did my inspection first and then the oil change. Even with the wait I will say that they did a great job and it was done in a timely manner with efficiency. Good job guys.

I was greeted immediately by a nice young man who, after exchanging pleasantries, asked me the purpose of my visit and also offered me a bottle of water. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name.
The inspector, Yvonne Pettit was awesome! She explained everything as she conducted the test. She also advised me that effective January 2025, the testing requirements and procedures would be changing. She also advised me that because I was late on getting my registration, I would have to go to the tax assessor’s office to renew. Even though it was late on a Friday afternoon and they were getting busy, Yvonne didn’t rush through the testing. She was fast and efficient. I appreciate the level of service both Yvonne and the young man provided.

It was the last week of October. There has to be a better way to ensure that people who haven’t waited as long as others wait, but there wasn’t. Others got their windshields washed—no one washed mine. Fix this so we don’t have to wait 45 min for just an inspector for crying out loud!!

Got my usual water off the bat. Even though they didn’t have someone to do my inspection, they were great and deserve 5 stars. They kept me in the loop about everything. They’re also super respectful, and just really take their job seriously and want to do what’s best for you. They really do work like a team and pass the care really well.

Visited this site on 9/27 and purchased an oil change, new filter, and ended up doing a coolant flush as recommended. Close to $300 of service.
Next day, my engine light comes on and upon inspection at Auto Zone my dip stick was hanging out - not properly placed in (I also was reminded they never showed me the amount on the dipstick) I also found the cap to my windshield wiper fluid was completely broken off. I Handled what I needed at Auto Zone - as it’s apparent they care for their customers and deliver quality service.
Shortly after, I notice liquid leaking under my truck in the driveway. The coolant container is leaking under the hood… unclear if they cracked in the process, or failed to identify. But based off the lack of care in how other parts of my truck were handled, it’s best to assume the latter.
Disappointed how my vehicle was treated and the lack of care to at MINIMUM to tell me they broke my windshield wiper cap - then in excess to manage everything else so carelessly then costing me more time and money.
Avoid. This long time customer has had it.

Customer service was good when they finally got to me and just needed a state inspection. Take 5… more like Take 100. Arrived at 8:30am. Serviced at 9:50am. Left 10:10am.
Asked for the free top off because I came in with 133k miles on 10/4/24 before the sticker’s mileage/date (10/12/24 and 136k miles), they explained the sticker was wrong and wanted to charge me. Not the employees fault, they just listen to their leadership.
