I’m at the drive through and there is no one else in the drive through and after I send my money she tells me there’s two people in front of me.There should be one person at the register and one person at the window.Every time I come here there take their sweet time to process my transactions. The next closest one is in medical to me and I might have to start making the drive there or just closing this bank account.The only reason I have a IBC account is because I used to work with them and they require their employees to either get a bank account to get their direct deposits or they will get an ATM card that it deposits their checks in.Also the girl with the charm bracelet always has an attitude.

I will never bank there! First of all the teller inside was very rude and they refused to cash my son's payroll check that he had signed over to me and it's from their bank!!

Unprofessional and unwilling to helpA simple check deposit was rejected bc they couldn't get an approval.What a joke of a branch (no manager or supervisor working that day) and the unwillingness of the called "supervisor" Mizael to help. So much for "We Do More"The deposit feature at the ATM was not working so I had to use the branch.

Worst bank ever! I've never before experienced a bank so unwilling to take my money. My husband and I have a business account there and he has a personal account as well. We opened them because of the weekend and late afternoon hours. Those have now gone away. Over the last year, we have TWICE had to return to the branch to have cashier's checks for home loans redone because of sloppy/incorrect jobs. One check had three errors! Lately, they've been refusing to DEPOSIT money orders because funds could not be verified at that time. We were not attempting to cash them, although there was 100 times that amount in the account so I'm not sure why that would be a problem either. The final straw is they now refuse to cash OR deposit a stimulus check because neither account has both our names on it. They advised me to visit a check cashing business. Oh I will; perhaps the bank across the street. We do pretty well and if you don't want our money, I'm sure someone else will. Closing all accounts later this week.

They don't care about costumer service at all. I wanted to deposit my check so I ask for that, they deposit it like every other paycheck, this young white girl did it but it was wired that after I left the deposit was not on my account like every other time I've done it, the next day my deposit still wasn't there so I went to the bank again after work, I explain the situation to a manager and this white girl that help me before listen and she argues " well that's your fault because you ask to deposit the check not to put in in cash and then transfer it to the account " How am I supposed to know this? I'm not going to do their job, I just know I need to deposit my check and they solve the rest but I guess this girl doesn't know anything about her job. My money was ready to use after two days, no money for two days because this lady didn't know how to do a simple thing she gets pay for and she still gets rude, what a shameMy free checks never got to my mail and they take forever to help you!!

This location's staff is very inexperienced. They have no clue how to handle transactions on the teller line and the manager lack sense of making a judgement or a decision of any sort. I echo the previous comment, "it's scary seeing kids handling your money!" IBC will be loosing a lot of business.
