I call them three times about my insurance renewals and they never got back to me as the receptionist said they would. I renewed with another agency and do not recommend NavSav on Bandera Road.

I am an Insurance agent in California. One of my clients recently moved to San Antonio and asked me if I could help her find a company in Texas that would give her & her family the same care they received from my agency in California. I called a friend who had moved to Texas. They gave me contact information for NavSav. They raved about the service they had received so I passed the information on to my client. I recently got a call from my client who moved. They were so happy with the care & service they were getting from NavSav. More importantly from Alisha Benitez. They told me that her professionalism & knowledge of insurance was a blessing especially with all the uncertainties of moving to a different state. I would definitely recommend Alisha Benitez over & over again.

Very kind when I can get a hold of someone. Takes a couple weeks to get a call back because no one is available to answer. I'm not sure if Alex C. works at the location or a call center, but he was very helpful with following up to get things done on their behalf.

It’s very unfortunate that they were as many were unable to recover after the Pandemic. I don’t believe they ever returned to their offices. Taylor has not worked there for some time and last we were told Judith was out as well.These reviews are outdated.Sorry to inform you all but do be informed.There are other great companies that offer lower rates and customer service is included!

I wish I could say the same as so many others but I cannot. I was very disappointed that after just one infraction my auto insurance jumped $200 for six months. No agent found a way to lower the amount so I had to shop around. Once I found a better rate I could not get anyone to call be back to compare before making a decision. At least not until I sent an email to cancel. Again I am so disappointed after being with this agency for so long.

Joel and Judith Gonzales have gone out of their way with their professionalism and customer service for me over the years. You can tell that they value their customers and treat you as a priority. They always take the time to make sure when ever I need to file a claim/change my policy, they make sure I’m completely taken care of. If you want personable agents, this is the agency to use!

My price went up on my current insurance, I contacted Karen and she did help me with my quote and all my questions, now I’m paying the half of the price and same coverage! I’d definitely refer her with my friends
