Went there to cash a fifty dollar personal check from another fcu and was told it would be on hold for it to clear iam thinking about joining another banking institution totally disappointed.

Can I just say how much I love this branch. I bank here & my car wouldn’t start. Had 3 WOMEN who work here come out and assist me with a jump for my car! They were out here in this heat & didn’t have to be! They definitely go above & beyond for people. Thank y’all soooooo soooooo much! ❤️

This used to be one of my favorite banks and I used to swear by them. Have been a customer for over 15 years. But it looks like over the years they have started caring about profit over people. For the lack of monthly payment, they make up for it with over draft fees. Not even for over drafting, but just for having a transaction denied. Sometimes my balance goes too low for a payment like gym membership or Netflix, instead of denying the charge, and notifying me to make the change, they deny it AND charge my 30 dollars just for the company attempting to charge me. And then give no information on where the charge came from so I can't find the source to fix it. I have been charged time and time agian although I have tried to make the necessary changes. At this point im going to leave navy fed for the cash app card, and for other banks that don't charge fees for not having money I'm my account.

7 STARS!!! Melinda was on-point!!! Our other branch closed so they were extremely busy here. Melinda was greeting people, answering questions, doing auto loan checks and working the teller. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone at a bank work this hard! Promote ahead of peers!

I usually take my affidavits to get notarized at RBFCU. However, their system was down. I ran all the way to Navy Federal. They made me wait for over 20 minutes while no one was in the lobby to inform me that due to their incompetence, they could not notarize my legal documents for the court system. Which I have had notarized these same types of documents countless times before at this exact location. The woman who was notorizing my documents had absolutely no idea what these documents were. She was looking at them as if it were jibberish. She took them to the branch manager who didn't even understand what they were either, and they had to call another office. All to tell me that they couldn't notarize the legal documents on behalf of the court because none of them understood what they were. And apparently, they didn't know the job of a notary. Which is specifically to certify legal documents. The incompetence in this situation was utterly astounding!

I have been with the NFCU for more than 25 years and by far the worse customer service i get every time. Why do they feel like I'm taking their money? I am just trying to withdraw the money i saved up over the years. I wish there is one closer to where i live so i don't have to come to this location. Maybe they forgot about the "service with a smile" and treat customer with respect. It's customer's money and they (NFCU) are just holding it for safe keeping.

I have had an amazing experience with Navy Federal Credit Union. Additionally, when I went to this Branch the associates were extremely helpful with my financial needs. There was a small wait but I was in and out in about 10 mins.Super pleased with how well the level of Service was.Great Job Navy Federal Credit Union team!

The staff has been friendly! ATM is closed sometimes, there is a line a lot of times, but pretty good for the most part!

Only close ATM but yet whatever new update that has been done I can't deposit or withdrawl from my own account. Wish they would give us the Blanco 1604 location back. This one is trash. Driving 20 minutes to be unable to use the ATM.

I wish there was another Navy Federal close by so I don't have to go to this specific location. This branch is terrible, will definitely contact higher. Every time I come in this branch I like to do my Cashier's Checks then and there but I always get told by the employees to do it on the app, that it is faster if I do it there. Every time I go in, I get pressured. I finally did it on the app only to show up and get an employee who didn't know what they were doing, seemed like they were still in training asking the other employee, well I guarantee she did something wrong and an hour later, still no Cashier's check. I literally had to solve my own issue by telling them to just print out another one and I can be on my way, with my 3 kids. That they can figure out the problem on their end and re-issue me my founds back. It is unbelievable how untrained they are, beyond disgusted.

The Branch Manager, Cleo S, should be demoted until she learns customer service. Some people allow their title and position to inflate their egos. She speaks to customers in a condescending tone and sets a poor example to her staff. She is not helpful and a disgrace to any branch of the military. I suggest you visit any other branch until she is removed. Hooyah!!

I tried asking a simple question to the customer service representative but was told I had to talk to the security department. After waiting on hold for over 45 minutes, I was given a lame, ignorant response, so I closed my account. Horrible!!
