I recently won a storage unit at 12260 ,Bandera Rd Helotes Texas . I will be posting photos of how to unit was advertised online. My timestamp , merchandise payment receipt , and what I got in person. Also timestamped . I called the office manager and was told , he wasn’t sure the district manager would contact me over a $10.00 bid. It’s the principles! I don’t want my money back Manager , I don’t want an apology! I want them to take responsibility and make it right with your customer

I have had my storage unit since 2018 and the staff at the center have been outstanding. The facility is clean and safe; I tried to get into my storage unit on a Saturday night at 10:00pm to get a backpack, crampons and an ice ax and it set off an alarm at the Helotes police station. The Cops were there in five (5) minutes. Thank you Tarryn for reducing my monthly bill by $89.00. If you pay your bill on time, they will reward you.

Easy to access and the storage unit was adequate for our needs. The lock to the latch on the door was a little difficult to get off, but it was not that big of a deal. Overall, I would recommend.

I got the absolute best deal at that location. Best service and never had any issues whatsoever. You need to visit this location and the one Fredericksburg directly across USAA.

Efrain at Public Storage is awesome! Super friendly and was ready to help. His work ethic is on point, and he really knows how to make customers feel welcome. Public Storage is lucky to have an asset! If you need anything, definitely ask for him!

HELOTES LOCATION, My property received damage due to the RATS!!! They don't tell you the Insurance will only cover up to $250 + $ 100 and that you have to proof the value of your belongings with PURCHASE RECEIPT!! ARE YOU KIDDING!!!! DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION! THANK YOU CHRIS, KURT AND KENNY FOR ALL YOU HELP AT HAUSMAN LOCATION.

Kim was extremely helpful with our vacating process, she inspected our unit and closed our account within 30 minutes of informing her that everything was moved out, she deserves 10 stars.
