Like I said in my original review, the properties we have rented have been great and we have no complaints there! Excited to see positive changes with our new property manager. We have been renting from Marshall Reddick for the past three years and while the properties themselves have been great, the communication from the property managers has been completely lacking. Vendors and workers are scheduled with zero communication from them and we have had multiple people coming and going from our house without our knowledge. As a pregnant woman, it is so scary to come home and see a random car parked in our driveway and workers in our backyard! It leaves a really bad taste in our mouths. We understand we aren’t the owners of the properties, but they are our home for the duration of our lease and communication would be appreciated.”
