Bought contaminated fuel there. Right after I filled up my car broke down and was towed to the dealership and came back with a diagnoses of contaminated fuel. Costs me $1,500. Don't buy fuel there.

I went to the gas station, filled my tank and paid for a car wash. I entered my code while the car ahead of me finished and waited for the green light. It never came on and gave me a system error that the car wash was out of service. I pulled around and tried the second car wash and that didn’t work so I went into the gas station lobby to get it fixed. The gentleman I didn’t get his name, was extremely rude about it and I noticed he was also rude to the man ahead of me. He started out telling me that’s why you have to wait until the other car is completely done. Which was fine just every other car wash I’ve done was fine entering the code while I waited. He continued to be rude to me and the manager stepped in (a woman with curly hair and very nice) and told him to go and reset it for the wash I purchased. He said something else under his breath that I couldn’t hear and she stepped in once again, and told him to go reset it. She said “I’m sorry please head out to the car wash and he will get it going for you”. So I head out the door behind him and he continued going on under his breath about how stupid this was. I asked him “which car wash do you want me to go in?” And he responded with “whatever f*ckin one you want” so I said “ok I guess the first one” and got in my car and he was still visibly upset and muttering under his breath about me and the car wash. I drove over and waited and went in to the car wash once it was ready. I pulled a little to far forward and was backing up and he was yelling and waving his arms at me. Then the car wash started he stood there watching me the entirety of the car wash. It was extremely uncomfortable and I was scared he was going to do something to me or my car when it finished. When it finished he finally walked away. I’m really not sure why I got that reaction from him. I was not rude about the situation even once he started to be rude. Instead of there being a scene in the vast station I decided to just do this because I am not aware of what levels he was willing to take his anger to. I regularly gas up at shell and am really disappointed with this entire encounter. I did take a few photos but this doesn’t allow more than one to be attached so I’m attaching my receipt.

car wash discount on gas is a lie. says $0.20 off gas per gallon when you buy a carwash. check the math on the receipt. discount never actually applies. scam.

Was an excellent clean store. The manager there is so sweet . Also great customer service. I always fill up there and never have any problem. I will for sure always go back.great choice of beer.

Apparently you cannot pay at the pump, nor can you go in and ask to fill up, leaving your card or whatnot. I was told that they "do not do fill ups" and that you have to give them a set amount, period, end of story. What kind of a$$ backwards thinking is this??

Station looks nice, but beware of prices. Sign does not say Ice prices, so you think they're fountain drink prices only to find out it's ice only.Good for restrooms, but like a normal gas station they gauge you on prices.Right now, choose Valero if you want fountain drinks, only choose here for nice bathrooms, as long as they are clean when you stop by

Their car wash is terrible!!! $8 and that doesn't include the suction vacuums, it's another $1 to use those for a couple minutes. My car still looks so dirty and it didn't dry it at all. Such a waste of $8.
