The staff here is Fantastic. Tim recommended Amdro for fire ants and it would solve the problem. I used it and the Ants are gone. I have tried other things from Lowe's and Home Depot they are cheaper and the results were not acceptable and I love both of them for different products. I highly recommend Tim and Tractor Supply in Helotes.

This place usually has all my farming needs. Give them a try. Have any questions? They will answer as much as they can. I had questions about my huge goat and I recieved a lot of information that helped me make my future choices.

The store is nice and the male employee Javier was very helpful. But the female employee name Ashley was awful. She made things difficult, rolled her eyes and said she didn’t believe us that we were going to pick up the merchandise later after we paid.

I don't know how much you pay Gini and Kayan but it's not enough. Black and Decker lost my order on the way to the tractor supply store and they each spent countless hours tracking it down. These are definitely the best hires you've ever done!!

We had gone to purchase a grill that happened to be already assembled but exhibited signs of wear from being left outside such as rust stains on its surface along with missing components like one rack required for functionality.. We inquired about any potential discount offered due this issue since similar products could easily found at retailers Home Depot or Lowe’s brand new within their respective boxes without defects., associate informed us he would consult his superior regarding matter. When Kevon appeared annoyed while barely glancing over product stating only willingness to offer a measily five percent reduction which led me explain situation once more hoping reason might provoke different response instead resulted same dismissive statement 'go there', effectively encouraging potential buyers towards competitors. Which exactly what we did. Lowe’s here we come.

Terrible experience. I drove here from Castroville because my go to store did not have the product in stock. This location stated to have 125 in stock,( I almost did curb side pick up too) but instead I walked in, could not find the product so I asked three associates that were standing at the computer together talking. Neither of them wanted to help me look for the product NOR did they even make eye contact with me. One of the guys said it was out of stock and they didn’t know when they would be getting in stock.(I don’t know if he knew what I was asking for because like I said none of them bothered to look at me to acknowledge me as a customer) I mentioned that it says 125 in stock, tried to show them my phone to see that I could order it as curbside and none of them cared. They practically treated me like I was invisible. I wasted gas, and time. I would have called ahead of time but like I mentioned… it literally stated over 100 in stock and allowed to be ordered online for pick up.

What a pleasant experience start to finish. Employees greet you at the door and help you find your product. Product in stock so i dont have to order myself and wait 5 days for delivery. I can get my project done now. Cheerful cashier, Tiffanie, so i dont have to check myself out.
