Spoke to the owner about customs of looking up personal medication. Owner stated while not in the ups policy at this location they will continue to google each medication to "ensure each medication is not a narcotics" I advised him he should have a list for employees to not violate the customer privacy he stated he would not do that. Failure to attempt to resolve customer complaint and violation of customer privacy.Owner has no conflicts resolution skills. Will go to another UPS store, not owned by "John". I have already called and spoke to corporate about this situation.John before you call someone easy up on trying to over explain your point especially when your wrong.

I've been a loyal customer at this store for a decade, but recently, I had an incredibly unpleasant experience. In the past, the service was excellent, and the representatives were always courteous and helpful. However, my most recent visit was disappointing, and I've decided to take my business elsewhere.On February 9th, I placed a print order online and paid for it, expecting a confirmation email upon completion. When I didn't receive any communication, I called on February 13th at 2:54 pm to inquire about my order. The person on the phone apologized, attributing delays to recent "layoffs." He assured me that the order would be ready in about an hour.Later at 3:55 pm, he called again, explaining they were out of staples but expected to restock soon. He said my order would be ready in an hour. When I arrived at 5:05 pm and approached the counter, I was informed that I had to wait as the employee needed to finish packing packages, which took about 10 minutes. Then, he revealed that his coworker was out getting staples and had left 10 minutes ago.Expressing my frustration at the extended wait, I mentioned that I had been waiting since February 8th and had already paid for the order. In response, the employee rudely questioned my impatience. The conversation further deteriorated, with him refusing to argue due to his challenging day.Seeking assistance, I requested to speak with a manager. However, the manager claimed to be busy and asked me to wait for a later conversation, showing little concern for the situation. The lack of empathy from both the manager and other employees, who witnessed the exchange, was disheartening. This experience reflects a significant decline in customer service standards at this establishment. Waiting a week for a print order and encountering rudeness when expressing dissatisfaction is unacceptable. It's unfortunate to witness the decline of what used to be a reliable place for service.

Worst UPS experience in 10 years. The usual UPS store I frequent was closed, so I went here.The person behind the counter gave me repeated interrogation about what was in the Amazon return box.Then, I had to buy a small roll of 5.95 tape, which sells on Amazon for $2.33 if you buy a 4 pack. All that just to apply four 3 12-inch strips.The UPS employee then started helping other customers and delayed my transaction by 4 minutes and 27 seconds. I had to interrupt the employee so they would scan the QR code. There certainly was no delay when they charged me for the roll of tape that my favorite UPS store would have simply applied whatever extra tape was necessary.The staff acted like they were too busy for customers and that the staff was doing us customers a fav9r by being there.I will never visit this store again, and I advise you to drive past this location as there are plenty of shipping options within 3-5 miles.I will recommend that we all go somewhere that appreciates our business and understands which side of the cash register they are standing at.

We have been using this UPS location for over a decade. They are always friendly, professional and helpful. I understand they get busy during the holidays but so doesn’t everyone else! Personally I think it’s worth the wait bc you know your packages are in good hands.Here’s an example I just called them bc I need a specific size box to store an odd size Christmas item. I didn’t want to drive there just to inquire. Roland answered the phone and very kindly and accurately answered all my questions. This place is amazing! I’m totally thankful to have them close by. They have never let me down.

I recently had the opportunity of visiting the UPS store, located in Helotes and the employee by The name of Miss Virginia Kelly, her customer service is unmatched, hands-down…. the best. Everything started by her warm, greeting As I walked into the store and the fun filled Conversation that she entertained me with. Very talented and was able to multitask, but not only providing me with world-class customer service, she was able to keep me entertained the entire time as she was servicing me. She was very sincere and was way above my expectation of the level of customer service she provided. She could be employed anywhere, and would be an asset to any establishment just with her customer service skills, I look forward to revisiting that store but just don’t have any more packages that need to be wrapped. Thanks Miss Kelly for making my day.

The best UPS Store I've been to. I was greeted warmly when entering. I was mailing a very expensive and fragile item internationally. Rolando was exceptional in his attention to detail. He made sure my item was packaged with the utmost care. My package arrived successfully to its destination without a scratch. He most definitely deserves a promotion and a raise.The owners were very kind to me as well. Charming people full of Christmas spirit.

UPS Bandera and 1604 (11844 Bandera Rd., Helotes, TX)Poor customer service. If I could give a lower rating than one star I would. When I arrived the owner/manager did a shooing motion with her hand toward me and said that I was just going to have to wait shrugged her shoulder and rolled her eyes in a careless regard. Mind you there were no other customers in the store. I don’t expect to be catered to hand and foot. I understand she was training an employee or correcting a system issue, but rather than communicate and tell me “I’ll be with you momentarily” she took on an ugly attitude. When I asked to speak to the manager on duty, the employee she was training or helping interjected and said “She is the manager and owner.” And laughed and shrugged his shoulders. I mistakenly brought my package to UPS rather than USPS. Instead of them helping me and telling me that I brought my package to the wrong establishment, they allowed me to take my package knowing that it would not be returned and put package in a different bin. I went back to ask for my receipt after I realized that I was not given one. The young employee in training quipped back that I wasn’t going to get a receipt and with a snarky response said I brought my package to the wrong place. Customer service is helping out a patron regardless of the circumstance. That’s what would set them apart from their competition…their overall customer experience. I told the manager/owner that her poor attitude was rubbing off on her team and that her employees are a reflection of her. I would not recommend this UPS. I’d rather drive out of my way to a different UPS in the wrong direction or in my case a USPS than to come this UPS Bandera and 1604 (11844 Bandera Rd., Helotes, TX) and deal with her and her team’s awful attitude.

The woman helping me was wonderful. Even helped me remove old packaging so my information wouldn’t be seen by others. Wonderful and quick return experience.
