I added the 5th star after a very pleasant shopping visit. We covered most of the store and we both noticed how nicely stocked and clean the store was. A smiling employee everywhere you look, ready too offer assistance, and they seemed to like working there!

As far as Walmarts go, they are cookie cutter however this one always seems to be a bit cleaner and easier to navigate. Never had to wait too long in self checkout.

It was nice, and clean bathrooms. I noticed there were lots of check outs open, but to get to them, one had to wait in a specific area. I don't think I like it as much as just going to an open lane and checking out. I had seen this in the Denver CO area, where my daughter lives, and wasn't impressed. I wonder if this will be done in all the walmarts?

I recently had a disappointing experience at a car service center in San Antonio Helotes Location. I dropped off my car for an oil change at 9:30 am and was informed there would be an hour and a half wait. Surprisingly, there were no cars in the bay at that time. As I waited, I noticed every car that arrived after mine was taken into the bay before mine, which seemed odd considering they couldn't all have had appointments.
After waiting for over 2 hours, I finally received my vehicle. In comparison, I've had oil changes completed within an hour at busier locations in San Antonio. It seems this particular location may have some operational issues that should be addressed to ensure better customer service and timely completion of services.

Lady on aisle 8 at 12:40 was rude and power tripping when it came to checking me out ?
Tried to buy a quest 3 for my show tonight, they sold me A 3S and told me I couldn't return it until tomorrow.
This is why I shop anywhere but walmart

Beware with these two people. Very rude and lazy. They ordered me to walk all the way to take pic of price. They should do their job! The lady s too busy focus on phone and very attitude! Ofc they s too lazy to walk. They keep laughing. Why would they work there for?! When I asked for manager, they said manager not here but manager is. Wow they don’t deserve work there! Karma will coming for them one day.

As commented by other people the staff is highly lacking. Normally i am greeted well at night 3-close, but i went in the morning (8am) and was honestly horrified. I was treated very poorly and talked to in a condescending tone, not to mention the staff member had no vest or nametag and claimed they were the manager? Just a very awful experience and ill be taking my business elsewhere until something gets resolved.

Did anyone notice the upgrades that this location made? The restrooms were so fancy. Great upgrade and the floor layout is different but still everything was easy to find. Somewhat still the same but just a newer look. Also the self check out lanes are also very nice. Makes checking out quicker and easier!

This Walmart is the nicest Walmart I’ve ever seen. Everything is neat and organized and recovered wonderful. The employee we encountered , Judith in Baby and Toddler was super sweet and very helpful. I wish all Walmarts had these standards.
