One of the worst places you can go to for your car maintenance. I went to buy a tire and brought the damaged one with me. The process took a full hour, whereas it would take five minutes if you went to any other shop. The employee took the tire, replaced it with a new one, and left it inside the workshop. I waited outside, watching me as he went in and out. I then asked another employee where my tire was, and he found it left inside the workshop, knowing that they do not have any cars for repair.

Went in with questions about a tax exempt card. Richard in the front was not only rude to us but was extremely rude to the employee working in the service center (who was super nice to us and him). Told us that he did not have time to help us and if we wanted to wait it would be “a very long time”.
I couldn’t care less about people being rude to me but to talk to your employees like that especially right in front of other people is crazy.

I came in to get my friend a bottle of wine for her birthday as I am headed to helotes and when I pay and leave, PAMELA at the door proceeds to ask for my receipt. Clearly she sees I have bag and receipt in my hand. I tell her I have a bag and give her my receipt and walk out then I hear “Thankyou have a good day” Pamela proceeds to let the girls behind me just go through and they had a basket full of things (I’m a tattooed Mexican) and those were two young white girls lol it’s offensive! Come on Walmart do better than to hire racist old white women who have nothing better to do. You guys are literally paying someone to stand at the door and be prejudice. It’s disgusting
