Quality of the wash was awful, water pressure was low, soap was scarce, bristles were sparse, speed of the equipment was slow, the lights inside were off and left my front windshield with some gunk in the center i had to wipe off myself. It was dark and disappointing. Avoid this spot like another reviewer mentioned. PLEASE DETOUR.

Bad idea! These guys don’t have it together. It took 20 minutes to get through the entrance gate and that was with a membership and only being the second person in line in the fast, lol, Member Lane. Then when you get to the entrance of the car wash, it only puts soap and chemicals on the driver’s side of the car/truck and it’s been like that for at least a month. The rest of the tunnel is a continued example of poor maintenance if you’ve ever driven through another Car Wash, you can tell immediately they’re not taking care of it. In addition, there is no canopy over the vacuums so you’re stuck out in the sun, unlike other car washes of similar business plan.

Mr. Juan helped me with the process since it was my first time trying Zip's in Helotes and now my lowrider looks dope! Juan offered great customer service. Mi familia will be taking all our vehicles to Zips in Helotes.

Juan offered GREAT customer service! My Honda Odyssey is so sparkly and clean, vacuum suction works great too! This Zips Car Wash location is convenient and the prices fit into my budget. I'll definitely be returning to Zip's Helotes location!

Updated 10-2024. Unlimited drive-through car washes automatically charged every month. New app lets you add your second car for a half price discount on car number two. About as automated as you can get. Updated air compressors are very powerful. Vacuums and little air guns help blow the dust out of the carpet. Very effective. Small one car covered drying station with towels and spray is very nice. Please add two more covered stations.

GREAT CAR WASH. MY TRUCK CAME OUT VERY CLEAN AND SHINY. VACUUMS AND CLEANING MATERIALS THAT ARE AVAILABLE ARE A PLUS.
