Had a great experience, they gave me a great quote as I do alot of mechanic work myself and fixed everything for cheaper than that was originally quoted. 10/10 recommend this shop to everyone

Had my truck in their shop and they did repairs and charged me for unauthorized repairs. I have no clue how this place is still in business. They have multiple judgments against them as mine in progress. My suggestion is run from this shop, they are apparently well known for charging for repairs that is not needed; nor authorized.

All I can say is WOW. We live in our motorhome and tow a vehicle. Our starter was going out on our tow vehicle. I purchased the starter from a local parts store and had planned to do the install myself. Not having a good place to do it or the correct tools I decided not to attempt it. We reached out to K & A. They told me to bring it in. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman who was finishing up a job. The owner was out picking up a vehicle. During the short time I was there. Another vehicle pulled in with an overheating problem, someone else needing an inspection and another truck needing a serpentine belt rolled in on a flatbed. The bays were full. With all of this going on they didn't say no to one customer. They finished installing my starter while juggling everything else so as to take care of everyone. As for the cost of the labor. It was beyond fair. All I can say about this place is, great job keep up the great work.

They try to help you as much as they can! Fixed what I needed fixed and didn't give me a wait time or any excuses why they couldn't do it.

Took my Bad Boy zero turn here to have a clutch installed that I'd purchased elsewhere & install new belts when installing new clutch at same time. Also had them change the oil & filter and plug a tire. Brought my own oil and filter but was told it was wrong filter (which was not returned), then charged me over $30 for a filter!
They charged me over $300 for this work!
AND I brought my own clutch, belts, oil, and filter! AND they left my mower parked outside with key in ignition all night leaving it vulnerable to being stolen.
Had friend bring his truck with cab over camper to get tail lights repaired, muffler and brake job. My friend was charged over $1100!
No way either of these jobs should have cost me or my friend as much as this place charges!

Went to Hemphill for a vacation and my car started making a noise, stopped by K&A and got a reasonable price quote and service was done in a timely manner. I met the owners Kris and Angela and they are the sweetest and hardworking people. I recommend if you ever in the area, go see them for your auto repair needs, you won't be disappointed.

The most knowledgeable and helpful mechanics fixed a problem 3 others could not. Was very accommodating in a time of emergency. I highly recommend them in fact we will back and we are from out of state.
