Same thing happed to me today! I ask for a manager, I was told that there were not one there, I ask them to call the manager and I was told that he was off and they were not calling him, but as soon as I left the store.(after I was force too)! I get a phone call from the guys at the store, asking if I knew me, (as he was trying to call the manager) which was something he refuse to do while I was there, BUT he called me by mistake. But for some reason my original recipe was “NOT” in the computer. 🤔
They Definitely lost my business.

Am tired they tell you that you don't need a receipt that it's all in the computer but for some reason the last two batteries I bought this year are not in the computer so YOU DO need a receipt because now I have to buy a new battery at full price because it is Not in the computer Will no longer be doing business with Hemphill Orileys. Haha they reached out but won't answer or try to help Boycott Hemphill O'Reilly they lie to customers and don't honor warranties. Well after 2 days and another of phone calls come to find out that I bought the battery at an Orileys that I have never been to and I bought it last year so it is past the warranty haha so I went to Walmart bought the same battery for half the price So don't waste money at Orileys
