I went into the store today after being told by corporate that it was a full service store. I was trying to trade in my IPhone 14 for a cash price trade in of $205.
The owner of the store stated he did not do trade ins and I would have to pay for the iPhone 13 that I was looking at. The amount that Boost was giving me for my old phone was $205. The amount of the new phone, activation, and first month was $171.
Can someone explain to me why?

This is the worst phone company on the planet. Pay for unlimited service and get no service. The young boy in there today was not helpful at all. I will be taking my business somewhere else. Unless you like throwing money away every month stay away from this phone service they are absolutely terrible.

I'm giving only 2 stars because the actual phone service is really crappy. The guy in this store is super cool and helpful. He also puts up with my husbands awful jokes. But as for the actual phone service itself, tis something to be desired. I've spent the last hour and a half updating one app because the connection is so terrible. I live with a few blocks of the cell tower too. I send reports to the technical support at least 3 times a day about the slow data and dropped calls but nothing improves.
