I recently visited Dollar General and had an outstanding experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the store manager, Megan, and an employee, Dahniwa. The store was well-organized, clean, and easy to navigate, making my shopping experience smooth and stress-free.
Megan is an incredible leader who clearly takes pride in her work. She was attentive, approachable, and made sure that customers were taken care of with efficiency and kindness. Her professionalism stood out, and it was clear she sets a high standard for her team.
Dahniwa was equally impressive, going above and beyond to assist me with finding what I needed. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made my day. She was knowledgeable about the products and even offered great suggestions when I was unsure about certain items.

This is the WORSE store ever!!! I went to this store this morning 4/14/23 3 times and someone was inside but never open the store up. The hours say 8am to 9pm every day and no one will open the store. This store will be closing soon I can bet you that unless you all get a STAFF!!!! I've called 10 time to see if they'll open the store or answer the phone and still nothing!!

The Hempstead. TX location used to be so nice when Michelle managed it. Now it is a hot mess! Nothing on the shelves, garbage everywhere, carts randomly throughout the store full of crap. The entrance is full of cigarette butts. It is disgusting!
