Dollar Tree you have got to do better with your employees. A good class in customer service would go a long way. I live in Hempstead and shop at the Dollar Tree, at least, one a week. I can count on my hands how many times I am greated or checked out with a smiling face. The employees look tired, wore out and down right miserable. The are extremely rude!! Do better!!

Lot of these older ladies at this location have really bad attitudes if you don’t want to provide a service to the public get another job! My husband and I just visited this location like 10 min ago usually we go early afternoon this time bout 20 min to closing. Older white employee standing at the register near the office looking at all the customers like we were annoying her for coming in to shop. This is not a good look for dollar tree at all. If she doesn’t want to work there quit.

We love this store. My children and I come here often!! Ms. Sally is ALWAYS so calm, sweet and very welcoming and always helpful!

Very bad service, the staff has a very bad attitude, I tried to dare down a corridor where the employee had some stickers on the floor and she didn't go to move anything or apologize. Then I tried to pay 47 dollars with a 100 bill and they had no change and the employee answered me with a very bad attitude saying that I should go and that she had no change and said that I should go, and the store is all messy and very dirty

I shop at a lot of dollar trees all over the country and in general I am pleased with the selection and over all value of the things they carry this location was in the middle of re stocking so things were in a bit of a mess but nothing too badThe one thing was they had no public restrooms that I could find and had to make another stop right after leaving there. But over all they had what I was looking for and that is what matters most.
