If i could give it a zero, I would. I just felt harassed the whole time I was helping my mother move. Personally I wouldn't rent from this place.

My husband rented a unit here. He was upset when the code didn’t work. He was more upset when no one was in the office and the mailbox on phone was full so you couldn’t talk to anyone or leave a message. It’s very frustrating and poor business ethics.

I paid for an rv storage when in dyer need of somewhere to put my rv paid the money got the email and gate code doesn’t work and am stuck sitting at the gate with no access HORRIBLE THEY DONT ANSWER PHONE OR EMAIL TO FIX ANYTHING WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
