Kudos to Rick and the Team at O’Reilly Auto Parts!
I want to give a huge shoutout to Rick and the manager at O’Reilly Auto Parts for their incredible service and kindness. I had a breakdown when my truck stalled and needed a battery replacement. It was almost after hours, and time was running out as closing time (9 PM) was approaching.
In desperation, I called and asked if they could stay open a few extra minutes so we could get the battery we needed. Without hesitation, Rick asked the manager, and they both agreed to help us out! Thanks to their generosity, we were able to Uber back, replace the battery, and avoid being stranded overnight.
You guys went above and beyond, and I can’t thank you enough for your help. You truly rock!

I procured a replacement compressor for a 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport at the Hempstead Texas location, they had my VIN number and stated it showed only one replacement, which I bought. The new replacement was wrong and destroyed my serpentine belt and contaminated my system with the compressor oil. I had to replace with a Nissan OEM compressor, flush the system and replace air dryer. I basically had to pay for two compressor installations and complained to the store manager over 6 weeks ago. I have called them three times and have yet to hear of any resolution. The corporate office apparently did not recognize that there were two different models of compressors used in this year model vehicle.
I usally get good service but this one incident wipes out any saving generated by past trsansactions.

This o'reilly store is fantastic, and the staff are real helpful. I can order the parts online in the morning and they will be there waiting on me when I get off work later that same day.

The Assistant Manager Jesse doesn’t even deserve the star . I went last night with my husband and brother to pick up a part that was said to be there 05/13/2024 however when arriving to location we were told next Monday . My husband had already paid for the part and requested a refund due needing to purchase part elsewhere. CSR was processing refund and when he asked for assistance from manager, Jesse then stated no he would not refund our money . At this time my husband questioned why and he stated he did not have the part which was in transit. He then told my brother to leave the store at this time my husband requested to call the police due to him not wanting to refund money. I continued to ask him why he won’t refund the money when he told me to shut up and leave the store. The CSR then stated that we were in the right and Jesse told him to shut up as well. Jesse then told me to leave the store or he would not process my husband’s refund. This assistant Manager needs to be retrained on customer service and communication. Or even demoted due to the disrespect he even gave to his fellow coworkers. I will never come to this location again.

Long of the short. I pulled in with engine air flow trouble. I was under the hood looking for the problem in the wrong place. I'm not sure if he wants his name used online so I won't but that employee came out and picked out my problem within minutes. Thank you sir. Solved a problem I had been fighting with for 2 weeks. Your staff is amazing.
