I have 2 packages that I don’t know where they are. One (cousin baby shower gift) said it was delivered to my mailbox, and it was never in there. Went to the post office, the man said he would call the courier, if they cannot locate it I would have to file a lost claim 🙄, but mind you it said it was delivered to my mailbox on the website. The other says it had to be returned to sender and that was over a week ago, no update on their website tracking other than the 13th date. It took one day from shipped date to arrive to post office, not understanding why my packages are having issues all of a sudden and I have been at my residence for 4 years.

Absolutely inept post office. Waited all day for a package that kept getting pushed back only to be told that the package couldn’t be delivered because I wasn’t home. Of course they attempted to deliver the package at 4:30 after the office closed so I can’t even talk to a person about it. Absolutely BS and the worst employees from top to bottom.

We keep having issues with our mailbox not being closed. Our mail was soaked from rain recently so we were never able to read our mail. That was not the first time our mailbox was left open. The mailbox was left open yet again today. You need to start properly closing mailboxes because I’ve seen my neighbors mailboxes left open as well.

Hempstead: clearly the package is Cypress.... why would you not fix the shipment in your severely outdated system or...hear me out. Call the shipping company to verify details, in order to correct your system error? This isn't hot potato, this is goods, paid for with overtaxed/hard earned dollars.This is why no one likes the USPS. I've verified my address with the shipper. The company is tracking 4 other orders that USPS is playing duck duck goose with before they can deliver said package.The USPS needs to be dismantled, evaluated and considered for redevelopment. USPS is like a terrible employee. Late, constantly screws up and doesn't dress for success. They've gone unchecked for so long, never written up and just thinks they are invincible. Welp, you need a performance improvement plan USPS. Keep screwing up and well.. it's not me, it's you. Do better.

Postman cannot deliver to simple addresses. And when him or her says that the address isn't valid, instead of someone proof checking it they automatically send your package back to sender
