Lady in there very unfriendly. Seemed like she did not want to be there. It looked like she was hoping someone else would help me. I couldn't see her name well, Lori or something. Horrible customer service.

Went in for a hydraulic line and they said they only had one person certified that knows how to do them. However the gentleman I spoke with said he was trained 4 yrs ago but doesn’t know what his doing. I said well let me buy the materials to make it and I will take it to O’Reillys to make it since they told me to go there. He stated he wouldn’t know where to look. Waste of time I will never go back in this store with that lack of competence.

I wanted to take a minute to commend the staff at ABC auto parts, in Henderson Texas. Phil and Tasha helped me figure out what kind of oil I needed for my car and even loaned me a funnel to put it in with. A big thank you to both of them, for their courteous and friendly service!
