We came into the store looking for assistance with our phone. Jacey Dunn was informative and assisted us and in less than 30 minutes we were on our way problem resolved. She did for us what 4 other A T & T/ Samsung / repair center individuals couldn’t do.

Had a bad experience again with Verizon been a loyal customer for 11 years and went over to at&t met and talked with jacey right away she was super polite and awesome very welcoming so seriously thinking of switching over

I do not know what that melissa lady is talking about. I have taken my children in there and the worker, Jacey, was very helpful each time I went and did not yell at my kids a single time. She seemed to very knowledgeable about how to handle things and was very polite.

The new girl in there was very rude and not helpful. She literally yelled at my daughter that she was going wrong way to bathroom. Could not help me at all figure why my bill was higher and offer no advice to lower it. We been with ATT 20 years I am about done once these phones are paid off. There’s no reason be like that to a customer.

I stop going to this store because Henderson wasn’t able to help at all going there so I was going to Kilgore went to Henderson today they have all new employees and they were very helpful the best service I done had there!!!!!

I went to the henderson tx att store we set up a line for my wife and she transferred from verizon the phone worked Saturday and was suspended sunday for a error the rep made Why does att not do a better job training their employees
