We have been with AT&T over 15 years now, I went in today for them to better help me understand this promotion and why my bill went up $100 instead of what they told me that it would stay the same and while explaining the two guys looked as if they didn’t understand so instead of communicating with me he lied to me and told me I’m part of some plan we are not on my daughters phone is not connected to our family plan and they don’t do that anymore! Dude I’ve had the same plan over 15 years, so he gets mad at me and tells me he can’t do anything for me throws a card on the table at me and says call customer service whom has corrected my issue and my daughters phone is a part of our family plan. Mr. Gonzales at AT&T store in Henderson Tx was rude and has bad customer service. I wasn’t even in there 5 minutes before sending me off so harshly instead of doing what he’s supposed to and helping a customer to a solution! Very disappointed ☹️ today with everything in the store exception customer service on the phone! That was an odd experience today I must say and I did not feel welcomed for asking for simple help to a better understanding on why things are not how they said!! How rude!

Summer did an amazing job helping my family switch over from verizon. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products. She saved us hundreds of dollars!Highly recommend going to this store and asking for Summer!

I was recently in the Henderson store to see about getting and issue with my billing taken care of but couldn't because the bill had not generated yet. The associate was busy and there wasn't anyone else there to help me so there was about a 20 to 30 minute wait. The associate was helpful and guided me into changing my plane so that there wouldn't be a problem in the future with my bill I also inquired about a product that is new but was told because the store is smaller they wouldn't have it until later on.
