“Well, what can I say about yesterday? The Counter Lady "KIM" was awesome, and so very helpful. The main thing was that I needed some parts that they did not have in the store, BUT they had them delivered by about 3pm and I got the parts the same day. Great Place to shop. I am impressed.”
“John and all his staff at hometown auto is wonderful people. I had to have my rear shocks and my purge valve replaced. I took it to him Monday morning and they were done by that evening. Went to pick it up and drove off and it made a small noise (I didn't know) so I told him about it. He said bring it back and they fixed the small hiccup after hours and told me I could come get it in the morning. I did and it has been wonderful. So I give them high praise. If you need anything fixed take it to John and staff at Hometown Auto. Wonderful people!!!!!!!!!”
“I had an encounter with a piece of cattle guard. A piece of support pipe came up through all the rubber hoses in the front part of the engine, and on out through the hood. It looked like a 45 magnum hole. Repair/replace prices ranged from $1,600 to $1,200. Rocky offered to patch it for $100. Guess who fixed it. ?”

“I'm only speaking about the one in Henderson tx. The store was clean in order, very helpful and the knowledge was great! Without even looking up what I was needing, they knew they didn't have it, (older mdl jeep) but was able to tell me that they can order it. That was amazing service! Along with that, either I can pay for it then and have it shipped directly to me or the store! I will be back thank you for the help and the lil lady that helped me, believe it was Chloee that helped me.”

“I wrecked my car in taxes. I live in Florida and I was working in Pennsylvania. My situation was complicated. Everyone was very pleasant and with me working tons of hours it was very easy to keep the communication open with text and leaving messages I have not made it back into town to look at the car, but my daughter has sent me pictures of the car. Looks great. I had some complications with the insurance payment and they helped me to make sure it went smoothly.”
