Clean and pleasant. Access to hotel is a little awkward but once you see it it’s OK
Hot Breakfast good nothing exceptional but hit the spot.

There were pests in the room. There were large cockroaches and flies everywhere in the room. The room seemed to be clean. I would recommend pest control more often. Also, the Baymont once was the nicest hotel to stay at in Henderson but after this visit, I would have to say different.

Very clean room, and extremely comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and accommodating, available to any need I had. Coffee is the breakfast room was delicious.

Not a good experience
Rooms: Not a good stay..Our AC was very loud made it hard to sleep. Requested a new room and they offered for us to pay more for a different room. Said they would send maintance, they never showed up. Shower leaked on floor out into room, mini fridge was wobbly and hard to open without pulling out of cubby space.

We were traveling (bringing our son home) and didn't have a plan to stay anywhere. We were driving and stopped for gas. We decided to stop in Henderson since it was getting late and we were getting tired, after loading a truck and driving all day. We found this hotel and it was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. I would 100% recommend this location. I would definitely go back if ever in the area again. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

I like the location of this hotel. Everybody was really nice. We had the suite beautiful bathroom. The plug in the tub wouldn't stop the water from going down the drain. The air conditioners need to be updated because it was very humid in there the Sheets Were damp. We stayed one night we went to another hotel because I couldn't handle the humidity but we went to Jacksonville the pool was really nice and clean.

This place has Great Customer Service!! The rooms could use some love for the cost lol. It definitely doesn’t equate to $130 nightly rate AT All. The staff is super sweet. The Bar had great customer service and ever better drinks. I don’t like the name of the bar it’s called “ Sun Down Cafe” ??? When I seen it at first I was like omg why did we pick this hotel ??? (we are a black family ) But it wasn’t giving those Vibes at all! Like I say Great customer service!!
