been a customer for years. this month i went in and the customer service is so bad the new people do not know anything about phones . asked them how long the guy was there for and said about 5 months and still took so long just to give me a new phone with new number Don’t know what happened to the old group of girls but they knew what they were doing

I have had no help what so ever from this company to obtain new phones from the insurance i pay for the 3 lines i purchased in july and had 2 phones lost/stolen. Im charged every month 134 and now im being told that there is no corporate number to speak to anyone and that i dont have insurance on any of my lines. Yet i have proof of my account and the amounts charged each month. They refuse to assit me in obtaining any new phones ect. Buyer beware they do not care if your phone is hacked and they do not issue refunds. They are money hungry and not at all customer friendly. Scarlett is the last lady i spoke with who was very rude and uncaring

On June 12th, we received a disturbing call my brother and his wife died in an accident. As much as it hurt, we have to push through. My father is the guardian of my niece and nephew and needed to pay on their cricket account. Unfortunately, the phones are in my brothers name. My father asked the young lady at the desk, is there anything he could do? The young lady was very rude, inconsiderate and totally disrespectful. My father is an older guy, and has the old traditions. He doesn't know anything about technology.She again, wouldn't help my father and pointed him out the door. My father would of gladly showed the death certificate. My father was very hurt and didn't understand. I, with hope contacted customer service by phone and the lovely rep helped solved our issue. I am disgusted and hurt by the actions of the Cricket Store in Henderson, Tx on highway 79. I'm not sure why she was so rude on July 3, 2020, but I hope information reaches someone and won't be treated the same.

Very very disappointed in this service I went in to pay my bill after telling the lady that I paid half of my bill with my card and I wanted to pay the other half with cash she proceeded to tell me my total I paid just to get my service turned off the next day because she told me the wrong total and then I ended up having to pay 44 more dollars to get our phones turned back on I even asked the lady are you sure that's right and she said yes. I wouldn't even give one star I'm ashamed even have this service
