I don’t usually post reviews, but this experience was just too bad to stay quiet this was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. The store manager with black hair was loud, rude, and talked to people like we’re beneath her. Rolling her eyes and catching an attitude like if helping customers aint her job. You can tell she got an attitude toward certain customers, especially people of color. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Won’t ever come back until they fix that kind of behavior. Corporate need to handle this!!

I shop at dollar tree in Carthage all the time. I was in the area in Henderson & needed to stop by… the manger at this location is very very rude. All I asked was if they had a specific product cause they always have it in Carthage. She wants to get an attitude talking about “go shop in Carthage then” AND I WILL NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION ! Horrible management !

I found some vinyl for a .01c and decided to grab a couple more. The manager told me I was allowed to buy them. It was already later in the evening but if something’s ringing up for that price then they should honor it. The manager was rude and we will not be coming back!!

Wide variety, most things good quality. Don't get the phone chargers as it fried my daughters phone.Like that they have cold foods.

And the award to the store with the best, "Frankly my dear I don't give a damn" award goes to the Henderson, TX Dollar Tree store. Rude, rude, rude and the worst customer service possible. Will never go back into this store.

It is good to have a Dollar Tree in our town. I enjoy shopping there.. The store has a lot to offer. I guess though it can't be called the Dollar Tree anymore since things now will be $1.25. Reading all the reports on it there are many who don't understand this as well. They have made it through many other hard times without raising the price, why now?
